Food City Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for many years. The pharmacists have always been top notch with medicine explanations and advice. I trust them implicitly to help me maintain my health.
I have been coming to this grocery store both with my family and on my own since we moved to Blountville in 2009. I can say with full certainty there has never been a single occasion of poor customer service in the entire time. Always friendly, smiling, and looking happy to be there. I also like the fact that there are always managers walking around just in case one is needed.
Nice store but older than some Food City stores I have been to. The layout is slightly different than other Food City stores. Quality of items are the same.
Only downside is sometimes the inventory can be limited when it comes to certain items, but that is more due to the shopping habits of this area than the actual store.
Quick in and out today, even though it's a holiday weekend. Shelves were stocked, and the store was staffed nicely.
During peak grocery shopping hours it can be a little cramped but there is always enough people working to make sure you get through the line very quickly. They also offer both curbside pickup and delivery through instacart which is extremely convenient.
As I have had a hip replacement recently I appreciate every step saved. Had to ask for location of one item on my list. The employee went ahead of me to make sure the item was on that aisle. After checkout same young man asked if i needed help out. When I indicated that I would he found someone to help me out. That employee made sure all my cold products were placed together and let me know. I appreciated all the help. It made my shopping experience much easier and more pleasant.
