Staff were supportive and caring. The vet techs were available after hours by phone and seemed to be very interactive with my dog, providing specific details as to his receive. The vet was easy to speak with as despite a full waiting room took time to answer all of my questions. I genuinely appreciate all that they do.
This clinic is a God-send. Our emergency was on Thanksgiving night and we needed medical assistance quick. Airport Pet Emergency was fast acting, courteous and very caring. Without their service my little dog would not be laying on my lap right now.
They were such a huge help for us when our toy poodle decided to find some chocolate & eat her weight in it. They took very good care of her & was very efficient. I called first to get their advice & they told me what to do. Then took her right over & they had her back within a matter of a few minutes. The staff was all super friendly which made a scary situation that much easier to deal with. They were very helpful & did a great job @ explaining what was going on & how much it would take to do it all if I decided to continue with the care they wanted to provide before actually doing it. I would highly recommend them for anything!
The staff saved my babies life, his name is Dudley and they took him back and took such good care of him, if you find yourself needing a place to take your pet, please think about bringing them here. Everyone of the staff are so very kind and concerned. They keep you informed of what is going on.
I hurt my fur baby grooming him. Although the wait time for the vet was extremely long, it was a huge relief when she took over. I highly recommend this hospital to my friends and family with an after hour emergency. The staff is so compassionate and TRULY care about these pets. (And us as well, as i was just a mess!)
