The Alamo Rental at the TriCities Airport (TRI) has always provided prompt and courteous service with affordable and reliable vehicles. I have used them for both work and pleasure. This particular time the car they gave me was TOO sporty for my needs so they easily "downgraded" the car for me. The Impala I used was perfect and efficient.
Was suppose to pick up a car at 11:30pm because I would be traveling so early the next morning. I was running late so I called to confirm what time they close for the day and I was told 12:00am. I got there 11:48pm and there was no one to attend to me. I called and I was told there should be someone to attend to me. I couldn't get the car that night and I had to come back the next morning which was a great inconvenience for me.
I'm giving a 4 because that's the first time that would happen and I want to believe it's a one-off thing. I have been using Alamo for a while and always had great experience..
I have rented from Alamo many time, mostly at my local airport, Tri-Cities TN, for pleasure trips, and have found them to be outstanding. Their attention to my needs has always been outstanding, and the assistant manager asked me to call him anytime at all that I had a concern. I always try to rent from Alamo out-of-town, too. I don't think I have ever experienced an issue with this company. Thanks, Alamo, for making sure your employees treat their customers with respect and concern!
The staff at Alamo Tri-Cities are exceptional! They accommodate special requests and always take the time for true customer service! Darren Lowe is an outstanding leader and it shows in how each employee goes the extra mile! They are like no other!
Have used 4years in a row in this airport in the month of oct. Wonderful as always. Upgraded me to suv because my size care was sold out. I really like them in Tri-cities airport - so easy and people are so friendly! I use Alamo everywhere.
