My experience with them happen to be a good one. I arrived an hour early to pick up my rental and was quoted a price about $100 more than what I was quoted over the phone. After some back and forth it was determined that was the reason for the higher price. They adjusted the drop off time to be an hour earlier and that fixed the issue. The vehicle was fantastic and I had absolutely no issue upon return on vehicle. Staff was not rude and were a joy to deal with.
My first experience with Hertz and(boy did it Hertz) will definitely be my last. Made reservation over the phone and I agreed to a price when I arrived they weren't satisfied untill they figured a way to add over 150 dollars to that price, they knew I was at an airport in the middle of the night after flying 3000 miles. They knew they had me over a barrel, It was like the midway in a carnival - in short rip-off joint. My actual rating is 0 stars. That being said, I would like to say the attending staff deserved 4 stars they were very nice and competent - they don't write the rules. Returned the car days later they're not through raping me now they're claiming there's a little chip in the windshield, I would have noticed if I had been hit by a rock or anything else. But no apology whatsoever from having a filthy windshield and not telling me there was no spare tire. They claim there cleaning staff noticed a chip in the window, how could they see little tiny chip when they can't see well enough to clean the window.
Horrible place to deal with. Id rather pay for a taxi or rent from somewhere else. They dont even deserve 1 star.
