I always get the best customer service at this Enterprise facility inside the TriCities Airport. The team is very friendly and professional, I have never had any issues with the cars or the service I receive. I rent from Enterprise on average once a month. I have never had a problem. The only issue that I had this last time was that I had a free double upgade and when I got there they said they did not have anything available except a compact size. I rented my car over a month before the date. I would have hoped they would have got an intermediate car in that time.
Easy to rent a car. Would have been five stars if I could have reached the office by phone to confirm my reservation. I was able to confirm my reservation through the 800 number, but I have found they don't have real time information concerning a specific branch location.
I reserved a premium vehicle well in advance. the store did not have a premium vehicle when i arrived. i ended up taking a medium sized SUV. it was OK. Personal service was good.
